The mission of H.O.P.E. CDC is to explore all strategies that foster a sense of community. H.O.P.E.’s goal is to empower individuals while promoting neighborhood revitalization and individual self-sufficiency through partnerships to help create communities. H.O.P.E. focus on two areas of involvement: human development and economic development. We will strengthen the existing neighborhoods by revitalizing effort to build a healthy community, promote family, and help to achieve bright future. The members of H.O.P.E. are dedicated to helping out people everywhere.
